1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Zenview Labs Pty Ltd (Zenview, we, us or our) collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information in connection with our website, customer onboarding, GPU infrastructure services, support, business operations and related communications.

Zenview is based in Australia. Where the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles apply to our handling of personal information, we manage that information in accordance with those requirements. Other privacy laws may also apply depending on the individual, customer and processing activity.

2. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with Zenview, we may collect:

  • name, job title, employer and business contact details;
  • account and authorised-user information;
  • corporate onboarding, KYC, ownership, end-user and end-use information where required for compliance or supplier diligence;
  • billing, transaction and payment-administration information;
  • support requests, correspondence and call or meeting records;
  • technical information such as IP address, device or browser information, login and security events, service telemetry and operational logs;
  • marketing preferences and records of consent or unsubscribe requests; and
  • other information you choose to provide to us.

Where identity verification is required, we may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify a person or organisation. We seek to avoid collecting sensitive information unless it is necessary and lawful to do so.

3. Customer Content

Customers may process data, code, models, prompts, outputs, files and other content through the Services. Customer Content is controlled by the customer. Zenview processes Customer Content as necessary to provide, secure, support and maintain the Services, comply with customer instructions and meet legal obligations.

Zenview does not obtain ownership of Customer Content. Customer is responsible for determining whether its Customer Content contains personal information and for ensuring that its use of the Services complies with applicable privacy and data-protection law.

4. How we collect information

We collect personal information directly from individuals and customer organisations, including through our website, email, service onboarding, contracts, support and business communications. We may also receive information from authorised customer representatives, corporate registries, compliance screening providers, hardware or service suppliers, business partners and publicly available sources where lawful and relevant.

5. Why we use personal information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and provide quotations;
  • create and administer customer relationships and authorised users;
  • deliver, support, secure and maintain the Services;
  • process billing and manage commercial relationships;
  • conduct customer, sanctions, end-user and end-use screening where appropriate;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents and unauthorised access;
  • maintain business, audit and compliance records;
  • improve our website, support and service operations;
  • communicate service, security, legal and administrative notices; and
  • send marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences.

6. Disclosure of personal information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and professional advisers who assist us with data-centre operations, hosting, communications, identity or compliance checks, security, support, payments, accounting, legal services and other business functions. We may also disclose information to hardware suppliers where reasonably necessary for transaction, warranty, end-use or compliance diligence.

We may disclose information to regulators, law-enforcement agencies, courts or other parties where required or authorised by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security or the integrity of the Services.

We do not sell personal information.

7. Data location and overseas disclosures

Our website is hosted in Australia. Business email is provided through Microsoft 365 with Australian data storage. Zenview’s customer-enquiry and verification records are stored in Australia and accessed by our team from Australia. Micron21 in Melbourne is our designated GPU deployment location.

Service-provider processing is governed by the applicable provider terms and our service configuration. Any proposed overseas disclosure is reviewed against applicable privacy and contractual requirements, with notice and other steps taken where required by law.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical and operational safeguards intended to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Measures are selected according to the nature of the information and the service involved.

No internet or information system is completely secure. If we become aware of a data breach, we assess and respond to it under our incident processes and applicable notification obligations.

9. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide and support the Services, maintain appropriate business and compliance records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and contractual or legal requirement.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it, subject to lawful retention requirements and backup or security processes.

10. Website data and cookies

This website does not embed third-party advertising or analytics tools. Hosting and security providers may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. If non-essential tracking technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling necessary cookies may affect website functionality.

11. Marketing communications

Zenview may send business and marketing communications where permitted by law. For Australian recipients, commercial electronic messages are sent in accordance with applicable requirements, including consent where required, identification of the sender and a functional unsubscribe method.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or by contacting us. Service, billing, security and other non-marketing communications may continue where necessary for an active customer relationship.

12. Access and correction

You may request access to personal information that Zenview holds about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Applicable law may permit or require us to refuse access in limited circumstances; where required, we will explain the reason.

13. Privacy complaints

If you have a privacy question or complaint, contact us at admin@zenviewlabs.com. Please provide enough information for us to understand and investigate the matter. We will acknowledge and address complaints within a reasonable period.

If Australian privacy law applies and you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

14. Anonymity and pseudonyms

Where lawful and practicable, you may interact with Zenview without identifying yourself or by using a pseudonym. Identification will generally be required where necessary to contract for Services, administer an account, conduct compliance screening, provide support to an authorised user, process payments or meet legal obligations.

15. Children

Zenview's Services are intended for business and professional users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the Services.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, vendors or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on our website with its effective date.
