Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 9 September 2026 · Applies to all Zenview Services
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) protects Zenview, our customers, infrastructure providers and third parties from unlawful, abusive or harmful use of Zenview Services. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. Lawful use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with laws that apply to you, Zenview, the Services and the relevant workload. You must not use the Services to facilitate, promote or conceal unlawful activity.
3. Sanctions, export controls and restricted end uses
You must not use, transfer, provide, resell or share access to the Services in violation of sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions or restrictions applicable to advanced computing infrastructure. You must not conceal or misrepresent the identity, ownership, end user, end use or access location associated with the Services.
You must not use the Services for prohibited or restricted military, intelligence, nuclear, missile, chemical, biological, weapons or other end uses where such use would violate applicable law or require an authorisation that has not been obtained.
4. Security abuse
You must not use the Services to:
- introduce, distribute or operate malware, ransomware, botnets or destructive code;
- gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, credentials, networks or data;
- conduct denial-of-service attacks or intentionally disrupt third-party systems or Zenview infrastructure;
- scan, probe, exploit or test third-party systems without appropriate authorisation;
- circumvent security, authentication, rate limits, access controls or technical restrictions; or
- interfere with the integrity, availability or confidentiality of the Services or another customer's environment.
Legitimate security research, penetration testing or vulnerability testing that could affect shared infrastructure requires Zenview's prior written approval.
5. Harmful and illegal content
You must not knowingly use the Services to store, process, generate or distribute content that is illegal in the applicable jurisdiction, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, facilitates fraud or impersonation, or constitutes unlawful harassment, exploitation or abuse.
Nothing in this AUP requires Zenview to monitor customer content generally. Zenview may investigate credible reports of abuse and may review information reasonably necessary to determine whether the Services are being used in breach of this AUP or law.
6. Messaging, spam and deceptive activity
You must not use the Services to send spam, operate unlawful bulk messaging, conduct phishing, credential theft, deceptive impersonation or other fraudulent communications. Any commercial electronic messaging must comply with applicable consent, sender-identification and unsubscribe requirements.
7. Resource integrity
You must not deliberately consume resources in a manner intended to impair other customers or the underlying infrastructure, bypass metering or billing, or access capacity beyond what you are authorised to use.
Cryptocurrency mining or blockchain validation using Zenview Services requires Zenview's prior written approval and may be restricted by the applicable service plan.
8. Resale and shared access
You must not resell, sublicense or provide third-party access to the Services unless the applicable order or written agreement permits it. Where resale or managed access is authorised, you remain responsible for downstream users and must apply restrictions at least as protective as this AUP.
9. Enforcement
Zenview may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including requesting information, filtering traffic, restricting functionality, isolating affected workloads, suspending access or terminating Services. Where practicable, Zenview will give notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or protection of the Services or third parties.
Zenview may preserve and disclose information where required or authorised by law and may cooperate with lawful requests from regulators or law-enforcement authorities.
10. Reporting abuse
Reports of suspected abuse or security issues may be sent to admin@zenviewlabs.com.
