From requirements
to a defined deployment.
A practical guide to discussing capacity, completing onboarding and agreeing the responsibilities for your GPU infrastructure engagement.
- 01
Share your requirements
Tell us your contracting entity, intended application, model requirements, expected capacity, access locations and target timing. Avoid sending sensitive datasets in an initial enquiry.
- 02
Complete onboarding review
Establish the customer, ownership, intended users and end use. Clarify any restrictions or questions before the engagement can be approved.
- 03
Agree the service scope
Confirm capacity, start conditions, pricing, term, support, isolation and data-handling responsibilities in the applicable quote or agreement.
- 04
Commission the environment
During deployment, validate the agreed configuration, access and operational controls before customer handover.
- 05
Receive production handover
Confirm authorised contacts, access instructions, service documentation and support arrangements for the provisioned environment.
- 06
Operate within the agreed scope
Maintain accurate account and end-use information. Coordinate material changes in users, workload, capacity or access location with Zenview.
Clear documentation for your team.
Access instructions, configuration information and service-specific operating documentation will be provided with the agreed deployment. Technical details depend on the selected configuration and service model.
