Responsible use
Our focus is commercial AI workloads, including knowledge retrieval, document processing, coding assistance and workflow automation. Services must be used lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service, including applicable sanctions and export-control requirements.
Resale, shared access and material changes to the agreed use require review and written agreement.
Customer verification
Customer onboarding includes identity and intended-use checks appropriate to the engagement. We may request information about the contracting organisation, ownership, authorised users, applications and access locations.
Customers must provide accurate information and notify us of material changes. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Australian deployment
Zenview Labs Pty Ltd is an Australian company with a secured data-centre arrangement at Micron21 in Melbourne, Victoria.
Hardware configuration, capacity, installation and operational responsibilities are agreed for each engagement. Customer access arrangements and any relocation requirements are reviewed as part of the service scope.
Supplier enquiries
Corporate, end-use and facility information can be discussed privately with hardware suppliers and authorised transaction reviewers. Supporting information is shared through agreed channels, with appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
